MIND, BODY AND horses

One to one teaching available to support Centered Riding, dressage and healing through horses.

"Working with my body and mind in the yoga and mindfulness sessions really helped me in the work with the horses, both from the ground and in the saddle. I got a better body awareness, more control over my breathing and it was easier to stay concentrated and focused. The yoga and mindfulness gave me different kind of tools I could use when riding to solve some of the challenges I normally don’t know how to solve when working with the horses."

There is also the opportunity to take part in a week long teaching intensive at a new retreat/clinic for 2017 at Hacienda Dos Olivos, Andalucia, Spain

Develop the fine art of subtle communication, through mindfulness, yoga and horses, to deepen connnection.
