A Gong Bath is an ancient technique from Asia, that produces a sense of well-being through the sound vibration emitted by gongs and Tibetan bowls. Gong Baths help balance energy and release emotion, to restore equilibrium in the mind and body.
Mindfulness is a technique to help you experience life to the full. Many people are stuck in a loop of thinking or worry in their heads and can’t fully connect with what’s going on around them. Mindfulness teacher, Selina Sasse, finds the combination of mindfulness teaching with the vibrational sounds of the gongs, helps people fully engage with the experience and learn how to relax in both the body and the mind.
What do I need? There is no special clothing required, or water involved; just relaxing in the beautiful sounds. Chairs and mats are provided. You may wish to bring your own cushion and blanket.
